Strawberry Recording Studios
1978

With thanks to Kevin Parrott (of Brian & Michael fame) who found this in his attic and says "This is the 24 track multi-track tape of a song I produced for Pye Records at Strawberry in late 1978 or 1979. "Red Rum's Song" featured former members of The Pennine Folk, and the late Mike Timoney played keyboards for me. Richard Scott engineered. The group's guitar player, artist & cartoonist Chris Swann, did this caricature of Mike on the back of the tape box during the session." The song can be heard at youtu.be/jSA3GXEopVU
