This letter was sent to me as a respose to some sceen prints I'd created at college and sent to Factory's offices (I was an art student at the time). The record duly arrived a week or so later.
(I've digitally removed my home address from this scan)

“I have one print left out of an edition of twelve. I sent Factory 3 or 4 (can't remember!). It was a Joy Division "art" print. I'd started the project just weeks before Ian's death, but completed the project after some deliberation. I'll post a scan here in a mo....”
