Here is a selection of official promotional badges from the period 1978-9. Some were given away free, others were available to buy (10p-20p each). The last two were from the Buzzcocks/Joy Division tour, Winter 1979.

“RHP. that badge is from the "Entertaining Friends" tour. There was also another one only given out at the gigs in orange and cross stamped with the word ENTERTAINED”
