Flyer
The Stone Roses
18th November 1989

Flyer and ticket for gig at The Ally Pally, Wood Green, London Saturday 18th November 1989.

The first big gig in the south with a crowd of 7000 in attendance, house tunes echoed around the grand hall pre-gig, when the band hit the stage the sound system didnt have the guts to carry the gig to where it should have gone, but the expectations of the crowd and the vibe the band had built by then still made it a major Roses event. The first time Fools Gold is played live, fused seamlessly onto the end of I Am The Resurrection by Reni's faultless drumming.

The setlist

She Bangs The Drums
Standing Here
Where Angels Play
Shoot You Down
Elephant Stone
Waterfall
Sugar Spun Sister
Made Of Stone
Going Down
Sally Cinnamon
I Wanna Be Adored
I Am The Resurrection
