Press ad from the NME confirming gig at the Ally Pally, London.

The ad reads;

The Stone Roses have confirmed their eagerly awaited London gig.
The Manchester band will play the 7000 capacity Alexandra Palace in Woods Green on November 18th, supported by various guest DJ's. Ticket details for the show will be announced shortly.

The gig is a major leap for the Roses. Their last London gig was at Camden Dingwalls which holds less than 500 people.

The Roses are currently in Cornwall recording tracks for a new single, which is due for October release. They will be heading off on a European tour this month covering Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany and Holland.

The band have also been offered a Japanese tour at the end of October after their debut album sold 20,000 copies there in it's first week of release.
