Here's the cover, music listings and map from the programme for the 1992 Boddingtons Manchester Festival of Arts and Television. The cover features Central Station Design's image of Ken Dodd and at the time there was some confusion and consternation as to why a Scouser with bare connections to Manchester had been highlighted. I've included the map as it features a few lost venues, not least The Boardwalk and The Hacienda.
