Do we know the address in (was it?) Higher Broughton from which Shelley and Devoto plotted the Pistols gigs and everything? There should be a blue plaque!

Yep- blue plaque would be good. They lived in Lower Broughton Road. House number's mentioned in Tony McGartland's book from 1995: Buzzcocks a Complete History.
