The grassy knoll was the site of the Sgt. Peppers Club, Middle Hillgate, Stockport. It’s been rumoured the local council plan to build executive dwellings on this vacant land and a possible name for the development is: Hendrix Apartments. Due to Jimi’s appearance at Peppers in the 1960s.
