Extracts from “Pulp” magazine No. 2 for ‘90/’91. There’s some quite interesting articles in it but mostly in small print so would take a few uploads to blow them up big enough to make them all legible.
The main story’s about Henry Normal; a 2 page article of a 3 part story on Hulme including bands etc; a retrospective on the history of The International including all its woes;a recipe for Polish potato cakes cooked in a microwave (that's handy!); a review of the newly printed ”And God Created Manchester” and this particular upload, part of an interview with the author Sarah Champion. As mentioned before , the book launch was at the Town Hall; I think Dub Sex played at it but I’m not sure who else. Anyway it was a good book for the times.
