Ticket
Mayflower Club
8th November 1978

Although the Mayflower Club was probably the must run down club I have ever been to, and by todays standards would certainly fail all Health and Safety and Fire regulations; it still managed to attract some great bands, not just from around Manchester, but from all over the UK. Here is a ticket for The Vibrators plus Tommy and the Hotrocks gig. It is signed by Knox the lead singer with The Vibrators. What a great band they were, John Ellis was my favorite guitar player at the time, and Gary Tibbs he went onto greater things, joining Brian Ferry on The Flesh and Blood album. I can still remember Knox sat on a chair by the side of the stage signing everyones ticket.
