George's band, the Fabulous Wonderfuls, supported another Manchester favourite, Sad Cafe at Cardiff Uni (11th Feb 1982). Their original drummer, Tony Cresswell was drumming for George and their sax player Lenni surprised George by walking on stage and joining in!
