Dawn Chorus And The Blue Tits
1986

The 3rd and final single from Liz Kershaw. When You Walk in the Room was written by the amazing Jackie de Shannon and made famous by the Searchers.

B side is Lonely Lips (The Chordettes) and features big brother Andy on whistling.

Lonely Lips was one of the tracks recorded for their one and only session for Uncle John Peel. The others were Teenage Kicks, Photographs and That Silver-Haired Daddy of Mine.

I wish there could have been more from Dawn Chorus and the Blue Tits but at least they left behind three example of fantastic pop music on 7" vinyl.
