POSITIVELY 4TH BLOOM STREET is the fourth Bob Dylan tribute and charity fundraising event at Salford's King' Arms.
Three events were held in 2006 to mark the 40th anniversary of Dylan's Free Trade hall concert of 1966.
A number of local singer, musicians and bands will be taking part.
