“Jeez, messing around on the randomiser and saw this.Completely forgot I'd ever been in the YMCA but straight away remembered I was at this.The reason I sort of remember is 'cos, as with most nightclubs/disco's at the time, it had one of those projector devices shining through a slick film of oil, that cast swirling kaleidascopic patterns across the walls, and I was so pissed and mesmerised by it I got the head spins and had to lie down across the chairs at the back of the room to avoid throwing up. Well I were only a young 'un....I remember Wolff were a competent,not so long-haired heavy rock group, bit like S.F.W., and I think they started with "Get Back" and ended with the ubiquitous "Freebird" at the end of their set.”
