Working in Dubin at the time I wasn't able to get a ticket for the Olympia Theatre gig. I was staying close to the venue though and we walked own on the off chance of picking up a return. However, I could hear the music sound checking and then Jimi walked out for a fag.

I had a quick chat (what a lovely man) and mentioned my predicament. Quick as a flash he put my name omnibus the guest list. Was able to see an amazing gig right at the front. Thank so Jimi.
