As far as I can recall this never became a 9-monthly regular thing, but still, what a lineup! (I mean, who would they have put on the second one?) Basically a directory of bands who could do post-hardcore/emo thing well without sounding too much like The Get Up Kids, plus a few more straightforward punk bands and the more "difficult" stuff from Paper Cut Out and The Wow.

STAPLETON, THE LITTLE EXPLORER, THIS AIN'T VEGAS, LONG LIVE - all still get regular listens round here... thing is, I probably didn't even go (for a fiver!) as we were so spoiled with gigs back then and Satan's Hollow never really got on with me as a venue. Still, at least these four bands alone left behind hours of excellent recorded music for you to track down

Manchester are represented only by instrumental trio BURNST, unless anyone can correct me there.
