This was the first of a few gigs upstairs at the Hare & Hounds on Shudehill.

Headlining was LIANNE HALL, who some of you may know from her vocals on Paul Hartnoll (Orbital)'s work, playing an excellent acoustic set of her own songs plus a cover of "Always on My Mind" (I remember this fact only from a bad tape recording I made of the set). She told me that the barmaid commented before she went on, "we don't get many women in here!".
