Poster
Free Trade Hall
4th March 1977

Poster for Uriah Heep's 1977 UK tour, including a gig at Manchester's Free Trade Hall on the 4th of March. Support came from U-boat, the band formed by David Bowie's Spiders From Mars drummer, Woody Woodmansey. Another member of Bowie's early 70s band, bass player Trevor Bolder, had just joined the Uriah Heep line up. Also new to Uriah Heep was vocalist John Lawton. (The text on the poster reads: 'Introducing the new Uriah Heep with their album Firefly. See how the addition of powerful vocalist John Lawton and brilliant bassist Trevor Bolder keep the Heep on top!')
