This is a Formula Sound PM80 with Crossfader Module I have just restored which is exactly the same as the mixer used in the Hac from the late 80's onwards. This was a ground breaking mixer at the time, with EQ's on each channel and a big rich sound. It was built in Bredbury near Stockport. I don't know who has the actual mixer from the Hac now, but would love to know.
