This is the tape of their unusual show at Irvine Meadows in California on 12th September 1987 at which they played a set which matched the 'Substance' best of album in order. This was then topped of with a couple of Joy Division numbers and the Velvets' 'Sister Ray'.

The reference to 'The Passenger' is because they played a few bars of the Iggy song before launching into 'True Faith'.

They played the first eleven tracks from Substance in order the week before as well, at Toronto CNE Grandstand, then added Age Of Consent to close the set.
