Early shot of a mean looking Ed Edwards of Stockport punk legends Zanathus. I did not get to see them until the 80's when I moved from Didsbury to Stockport and they had mutated into The Zans.They played all over Stockport as there was a burgeoning music scene which revolved around John Bretts Boogie Club which was held at The Manchester Arms , Cobdens Place and The Boars Head all of which no longer have bands for various reasons (sadly).
