This is a Back Stage pass for the Withington Festival organised by Rabid Artistes Agency. Other bands on that day were; The Out, Miami Beast, C P Lee in the Last Chords, and the MC was Bernard Kelly AKA Gordon the Moron.

The Festival took place in Rippigham Road Park on Saturday 9th June 1979.

“Our manager at the time (Tim Llewellyn) ran Rabid Artistes Agency, he was negotiating a deal for a single, which we recorded with Martin Hannett at Strawberry Studios in Stockport (during the night, using Joy Divisions 'downtime' whilst they were recording 'Unknown pleasures') but then Bob Jefferson offered us a deal with his label 'Streets Ahead' based at his record shop in Altrincham. Bob was also the promoter for gigs at 'Bowdon Vale social club'. We went with Bob and released "The kids just wanna dance."”
