Saturated by Ian Tilton

I was lead singer in a band called Saturated, this was taken in 1995 at Beehive Mill (rehearsal rooms above Sankey’s Soap). I was stick thin and leaping about, all the energy of youth right there! Ian Tilton was my friend and the band’s official photographer (we even did an exhibition there just of photos of me/the band). Tilton is an award-winning rock photographer based in the north-west of England, he began his career in the eighties taking
photos of bands as diverse as Nirvana, Guns N’ Roses, Iggy Pop, The Smiths, The Stone Roses, The Happy Mondays, The Cure and Oasis.

He captured some of music’s most iconic moments….and me!
