Video
Biting Tongues, Yargo, Homelife, Paddy Steer
20th March 1988

I was introduced to Yargo in 1985 by their manager and would, for the next couple of years at least, photograph and video the band and design record sleeves for them. I would also video any tv appearance that I could as I was, basically, a fan. This clip is from the 11th programme in the first series of Channel 4's youth programme APB (All Points Bulletin) broadcast on the 20th March 1988. Basil Clarke interview, with clips from the video for 'Help' which was re-released that year on London Records. Yargo were based in Manchester and were comprised of Basil Clarke (vocals), Tony Burnside (guitar), Paddy Steer (bass) and Phil Kirby (drums)
