Advert
The Purple Gang, Barclay James Harvest
Poco A Poco
24th April 1970

Press advert for David Bowie, plus Barclay James Harvest, High Tide, and The Purple Gang at the Poco-a-Poco, Stockport, 27 April 1970.

This advert was published in the Manchester Evening News on Friday, 24 April 1970.

The billing of Bowie as “Davey” was apparently an error on the part of the Classifieds clerk, who transcribed the listing as dictated by the promoter via a telephone call.
