I don't remember Rob having a Kramer bass - was that an insurance job?

We habitually parked the van and gear outside a pub where we regularly rehearsed. we would go into the pub, have a half, and then go outside to carry the gear upstairs to rehearse. One day, we went ouside and the van wasn't there any more.

We had insurance, and claimed some money. This went towards buying the Kramer bass, along with replacing a few other things.

Yes, I remember that pub, down Great Clowes Street / Blackfriars Street - the Broughton Arms or the Blackfriars Arms or something?
It's been converted into trendy apartments now.
