Professor1036 says: "15/04/1986 - The Independent Broadcasting Authority changes Piccadilly Radio's VHF/FM frequency from 97.0 to 103.0MHz (which eventually became the split FM service - Key 103). This was part of wholescale VHF/FM frequency changes across Europe. Piccadilly marked the event by conducting an O.B. 'over the road' at Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester City Centre - Many apologies for the audio quality of the recording."
