Flyer from the Prescription / Radical Musical Surgery club night, run by Matt Thompson and Mark Godwin. Headliner is drum 'n' bas act T Power. Not sure I ever went to this, although I did frequent the Phoenix's grubbier acid techno nights. No idea of the flyer's age but I'm guessing 1997 – hopefully someone will know.
