Press photo used to accompany a Daily Mail article on November 7th 1968 about Manchester songwriter Graham Gouldman. The article says, "He is the unrecognised man of pop, but whose eight songs have made him one of the most sort-after (sic) writing talents from Soho to Chicago." These songs included 'No Milk Today' for Hermans Hermits, 'For Your Love' and 'Heart Full of Soul' for The Yardbirds and 'Bus Stop' by The Hollies. By 1972, Gouldman was one quarter of the original 10cc.

“Hey! we had that carpet in our house. Great photo love the room Graham is undoubtedly a very underrated song writer. No milk today is an all time favorite from my childhood really evokes old England to me. especially as i am now an ex pat.
I know it has absolutely nothing to do with this site but i seem to remember he wrote the "City clap clap clap Manchester City" that the blues used to run out to at Maine Road. Does anyone know if he actually was a City fan or was it just a commission?”
