Photograph from the Daily Mail archive of 10cc prior to their Belle Vue concert on June 12th 1977. The marks on the photo are to show where it should be edited for publication. Pictured (from left) are Tony O'Malley, Eric Stewart, Rick Fenn, Graham Gouldman, Stuart Tosh and (wearing a rather nice Strawberry Studios t-shirt) Paul Burgess.

That 10cc concert at Kings Hall Belle Vue was the first live gig I ever attended, although I'd always believed that it was 1976. However, since it was the 6-piece line-up, (Godley and Creme having departed at the end of 1976), I suppose it must have been 1977. The support act that night was Australian singer-songwriter David McWilliams if I remember correctly.

I caught 10cc again at the Manchester Apollo later the same year on the Deceptive Bends tour . I think was one of the gigs recorded for their live double LP "Live and let Live". By the time the live LP came out, I'd discovered punk rock and lost interest in 10cc!
