Found this in a cupboard in a box of old tapes. I'm pretty sure it's from 1989 but could be 1990 I guess. Rae from Eastern Bloc and now Vinyl Exchange used to go regularly and has fond memories of the night so I've now given it to him.

“Yeah, I went to this once or twice, following Dave Booth - who was excellent at Berlin/Asylum. The club was a doorway on the corner of the Corn Exchange, now Triangle, near what is now Zinc bar. Bit plusher than usual for the indie circuit I seem to recall, venue on a couple of levels with psychedelic projections and things like the Doors and TRex in the mix. Hot and sweaty.”
