“I've got a vague memory of Jello at this gig with a head bandage on or a plaster on his bonce, did he hit one of the pillars ? Great band live .”

“it was the lead singer of uk decay who had his head bandaged up,was he called abbo?he was really late coming on due to having the head accident, this was on my 16th birthday, one of my mates sold me his ticket outside cos he looked to young to get in,i remember it being really ,really hot inside especially in the crowd when the kennedys were on,i was sick down my tartan jacket after too many pints.sure my ticket actually said Dead Kennedys on it tho i could well be wrong.”

“Remember it well. The lead singer of UK Decay had his head bandaged due to an accident with low ceiling meaning they were about 45 mins delayed. The Kennedys were fantastic though. Must have a ticket somewhere but think the price was around £3”

“What a gig that was. The Kennedys in their pomp.....Biafra totally wild. (too much spitting AFAIR??) and U.K. Decay were epic too, saw them the following year supporting KIlling Joke at the Uni? certainly the other side of Oxford Road.”
