“Probably best you didn't remember. It was my first live performance ever. The band had only been together a week and some of the material was very suspect. We did improve however and went on to produce records and feature on at least 5 albums. I believe somewhere on the net, 5 or so tracks can be downloaded for free.
The Mayflower was a great venue. It is being reopened at New York, New York, in Manchester, every last Friday of the month, with live bands and the original Mayflower DJ. First opening is in a couple of weeks or so, on 27 May, opening at 8.30 - Should be good!”

“I worked the ticket / admission booth on both the kids and the main gig. Top, top stuff. And the chippy run order for the evening gig was the same as it was for the day!”
