“As I remember is was flat number 125 in the Hulme crescents (Royce?). By then mostly empty and being squatted. The internal walls were pulled out and the wiring tied up. There was a ladder that joined the stairs half way up the wall to get to the toilet! We saw NYC art noise Peel types, God is my co-pilot there and local band Lag.”
