Many thanks to Bill Chamberlain and Jeff Hyde for this picture. The year is an estimate. The Globe venue went on to become Ashton's The Witchwood. There is a possibility, though, that this picture may have been taken in Rochdale's 'The Catacombs'. We're not sure!
