I went to this to get in touch with me roots and culture and Inner Paddy.plus I do like a bit of Fiddledy didle doo music now and again.I'd actually played in a pipe band 'cos I sort of had to,which at the time I didn't find much fun. I went to the gig with my sister and two of my mates came along for the "craic" except they had no interest in the band and just kept taking the piss.I can laugh now... but at the time.....;I reckon they still owe me for my ticket!well The Chieftens were good even though the harp player guy was totally pissed, which is what I think bemused my compatriots on the night.
