Homelife have collaborated for many years with Theater group FORKBEARD FANTASY. Part of the festival was an indoor theater perfomance with Forkbeard.Homelife also broke into smaller groups at the festival ,And then gathered on an outside stage to end each evening as the full "orchestra".

HOMELIFE came from the ashes of YARGO , an attic studio recording project by Paddy Steer , Tony Burnside and Soundtrack artist Simon King. Further Musicians were brought in to record from the mid 90s Northern Quarter jazz and improv scene and String players Royal Northern College of Music-also an ex Sale school freind singer who sent tapes from Vancouver in Canada.(Farron Brokes) The band recorded on Paddys "Mad Waltz "Label which was liscenced through Ninja Tunes.
