Ad for NMR's Review at Rafters and Band on the Wall.
Review was one of the promoters in Manchester that everyone seems to have forgotten. They put a lot of 'established' bands on but did a great deal for new music in the late seventies. I can recall they promoted Magazine, Generation X, Pere Ubu, the Pop Group, Steel Pulse, Elvis Costello and many others usually at Rafters or BOTW but also other venues.

There's a listing for a band Albert Square on this ad, I don't recall them, but they have to be from Manchester - no listing on the site yet.
