Oops, nearly missed this. From City Life 10, May ’84; staying on the Soul/ Northern tip ,an article about Mr. 0 0 Soul himself,Edwin Starr and particularly his own story within that scene.
Apparently it's World Record Store Day today so if you never did manage to pick up "Hot August Night" , "Silk Degrees" or "A.W.B.", now's the perfect opportunity. And if you can't find them in your local record store, for some reason you're pretty much bound to find them in any given Charity Shop across the universe.
