From City Life, student special, Sept ’84.From pages of advice regarding accommodation, health,drugs, finances etc. This one from the legal section. Tells a tale of how things were generally running in M/c during the James Anderton occupation. There’s also a bit about the previously mentioned “Sus” Laws, although by this time they’ve conveniently changed the name. It’s summed up in the article as:- “...it is used to help black people with police enquiries.” Nicely put.....
