“Fantastic poster. Tickets 80p! The Guild Hall would have been a great place to see 10CC, or indeed, anyone! I saw Morrissey there last year and it was stunning. He opened with 'How Soon is Now'. I once played at the Guild Hall myself - on violin in a youth orchestra. We murdered Mancini's Pink Panther theme. The bridge on my violin collapsed halfway through the gig and I had to mime for the rest of the evening. :-(”
“It was a great concert - first time seeing 10cc and just before I went off to university (where I saw them again a couple of weeks later).

I lived in Blackpool 1972 - 74 and the Guild Hall hosted a whole raft of concerts at that time - Status Quo, Rory Gallagher, Led Zeppelin, Lindisfarne, Moody Blues....”
