A homage cover band of Albertos Y Los Trios Paraguays; samba and bossa nova kings.
Good double E.P. but I reckon the "Snuff Rock" one takes the biscuit." "Snuffin' in a Babylon" could well be a lost classic. The beenie with the old curly black telephone chords for dreads was a definite winner.
Obviously lots of off-shoots and side projects of this band, but the Accident on The East Lancs and Lord Buckley are a couple that readily spring to mind.
