Defining Me: A Musical Adventure in Manchester #1

This expo is a sneaky snap shot of a few magical moments from the mentorist and cultural instigator Michael Barnes-Wynters (aka Barney Doodlebug) journey, since arriving in Hulme from his hometown Bristol in 1989. As an artist, broadcaster and publisher, Michael has been central to a creative network of cross platform events, radio shows and indescriminate club interventions which have inspired, given opportunities and birth to numerous creatives, the likes of Mr Scruff, Louise Wallwein and Andy Votel. Since 2014, Michael has continued his inspiring interventions over in Hull whilst never too far away from his adopted Mancunian home.
