'Mad For It' 87.7FM RSL radio station , curated by M A Barnes-Wynters gave many local DJs, musicians and artists the likes of Mr Scruff & Treva Whateva (Hot Pot shows), Andy Votel (Votels Angels) and Vini Riley of The Durutti Column, their debut radio shows. Doodlebug Nugget Sunday shows were born here which went onto the regular programming of Radio Regen's various pop RSLs from 1998 at Manchester Craft Centre, Cafe Pop and Oxfam's window.
