Licktronica : a design aesthetic and an electronic music night

Started in 2004 By Robert Bailey and Michael Holland Licktronica was a small night running mostly on Sundays as that was the kind of music we liked playing, soundtracks electronic stuff on CCO. As a very recent graduate rob liked developing his visual style by designing risographed flyers and posters. You can see his development over many months into years. It wasn't just about djing , recorded music just usually was the easiest way to play what we liked. Later on we had guests such as Goodiepal and Move d or Helios was a full band setup (in common on a busy Thursday evening) Machinefabriek was a highlight for me towards the end of Licktronica. I'm sure there are a few more flyers posters and related stuff knocking about. Enjoy Rob Bailey's vision of Licktronica
