Thomas Pitfield's The Poetry Of Trees in all its display book glory. The incredible thing about this is that no only does it show another side to Pitfield's many talents outside of music but that it shows pretty much all of them: book binding, wood work, calligraphy, tooling, artwork, design, linocut printing, calligraphy, poetry. Like seriously, this guy did it all.

A little snippet of the first scene of the opera Demetrio E Polibio performed by the Royal Northern College of Music on the 14th of June 1969 in Manchester. Performers include Anthea Hobb, soprano; Patricia Taylor, mezzo-soprano; Roydn Jones, tenor; Harry Coghill, bass. Kenneth Cleveland was the conductor.
