“I don't remember Reni playing with us, but it's YOUR memory I have to doubt, John, when you talk about the audiences "dwindled away" (and, as far as I recall we only "slimmed down" to a six-peice) ...did you go to band on the wall for the final gigs, or were you one of the crowd outside that couldn't get in? :)”

“Victor gave me my first break playing harmonica with his blues-train in 1980, and yes, he says he was one of Hendrix's favourite vocalists.
I went on, with guitarist Nick Clarke, to form the party/blues band, YesSir! who were, as you have noticed, regulars at the band on the wall”

“YesSir! were the BOTW's party band in the mid '80s, performing a lively mix of irreverant blues covers and original material. They reformed in 2008, with three founder members fronting a new line-up, staying true to their roots, so you can check them out @ yessiruk.com - artefacts will deffinitely follow”
