“I was at this gig, Nicky Lockett, Dust Junkies were the support. The power failed and Huey told the audience to get a drink from the bar on the band, then laughed the bill off!, he also gave a couple in the audience a bottle of wine on stage, they had just got married.”

“By God, these were Welsh speaking punks who were described as being the Welsh, Clash!. I was running the club at the time and local musician Neale Tickle brought them to Salford to play. Great band couldn't understand a bloody word they were singing though, great to see this flyer, wish I had kept mine.”

“Saw this band at The Carlton Club on Cross Lane, Salford in about 1988-9, they had a cracking light show, also a great tune called The Sweetest Kiss, still got it on a cassette somewhere.
Anybody remember the short lived Carlton Club?”
