“I cant remember how the flyers were produced, but its good to see a few have survived. I used to see the guitarist (Dave)? from Dr Filth on the TV, he must have become an expert at something. Don (Dr Filth vox) was a familiar figure round Burton Rd, always told me he worked in Withington mortuary, maybe just winding me up.”

“It lasted about 8 months, it was open for 4-5 months whilest joined to kaleida cafe in withington (now Fuel), we had a big falling out, I took Fuel, he took the club, it went into bankruptcy about 3 months later. Kaleida cafe became 60/40, then Fuel, although the concept stayed pretty much the same.

Fuel was sold 4-5 years following this.”

“Many a happy evening spent at the Cavalcade in Didsbury. Their manager introduced me to my first wife, but I have forgiven him now. You can view their record cover in the link below "Truth, Justice and the Mancunian Way"
